Spotify Radio / Song Radio / Friendfeed - all not working

Hello

I'm having a bit of a frustrating few days with the spotify desktop app.

First off:

Plan

Premium

Country

 Belgium

Device

Laptop

Operating System

Windows 8.1

My Question or Issue

 I can't seem to connect to ANY radio station. Nor can I get Song Radio Started, a feature that is the core of the spotify experience for me. Other than that I can't see my facebook friends and what they're listening too. I'm having this issue for quite some days now and I can't seem to get a workaround for it. Quite frustrating.

What I've tried:

Deleting and reinstalling Spotify

Making sure my firewall doesn't block Spotify

Playing on webplayer (song radio works here, but it's not nearly as userfriendly as the app)

Can anyone help me with this?
