My Question or Issue

Fresh Windows 10 (1903) install. The Spotify App won't start after signing in. Quick spinning icon then nothing.

Each attempt creates two Event log messages.

Tried uninstalling reinstalling spotify. App start but same issue again after first signin.

Any suggestions?

Hi Loxer,

That worked thanks. I had tried reinstall but I had not tried deleting the offline devices. It was enough to just delete the laptop device.

There were no folders to delete.
