Spotify app not working on Windows 11

The Windows version of Spotify is not working. When I open the app, the window is black with nothing inside, and it will remain that way for 3-4 minutes. Once the window shows the front page for Spotify, songs will not play if clicked on, and the library tab on the left will load for 10-15 minutes. The library has a 1-2 minute delay response when clicking on a playlist, and the songs don't play, including downloaded and local files. I had had an issue before when Spotify said, "This song can not be played right now," but this is different; nothing happens when choosing a song. This is happening across two different Windows 11 devices. I have tried a clean install and restarting my devices.

Hey @chaseludwig!

Can you test it on another internet connection and let us know if the issue persists? Are you using a VPN or have any firewall that might be interfering with the Spotify app?

Also, can you test on the Web Player and see if you encounter the same issue?
