My Question or Issue

So,  Spotify is working perfectly fine on my phone but I have shared its details here just in case it's helpful. The problem is in my desktop. I haven't been able to listen to songs on Spotify on my desktop for a while. When I tried to start a song it would play for a very few seconds and then stop. Then I wouldn't be able to start any song after that. Today I decided to reinstall Spotify. So I uninstalled it completely and reinstalled. Then I logged in by using my FaceBook account (My Facebook is connected to my Spotify account, I use same method on phone when loggign in) and now it's worse. I can't play any songs AND all my playlists are empty even though they aren't empty on my phone. It doesn't make sense and I have no idea how to solve this. I would really appriciate some advice.

Could you go ahead and try one more reinstall following the exact instructions in this support article and then try to log back in to your account using your Spotify username/email and password instead of your Facebook account?

Hi, sorry for late answer
I tried what you said and followed the instructions in the articel. It didn't work unfortunately. I both tried reinstalling from Spotify's website and from the Microsoft store as an app. I even restarted my computer when I uninstalled Spotify. Also I logged into my Spotify by my normal user login and not through Facebook. I don't understand why it's like this. But thanks for your answer

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
