My Question or Issue

If I currently have any other program / app open when I try to start music, it just immediately cancels it out, with the error message "Spotify can't play this right now." It works perfectly fine if I start playing music before opening other programs, but if I already have something open it just doesn't work.

Following. My spotify is doing the same thing. Even when I dont open another window, app, etc. It still stops and says, "Spotify can't play this right now".
