Spotify can't read any music with or without internet.

Hi, I'm on windows, i'm using the last version of spotify, i reinstalled it twice, but when i want to play a song from one of my playlists, or spotify's ones, the app tells me then the song is unavailable, and if I wanna play it i can import it.

It doesn't want to play anymore any song, on my mac it works perfectly, and on my samsung phone too.
