My Question or Issue
When opening Spotify, my left sidebar after Your Library is completely blank.
When trying to go to my profile, it loads for 15-20 seconds and then displays "Couldn't find that page".
Smaller issue, my friends activity only updates after restarting the app, not in real time.
I have tried checking my firewall, multiple complete reinstalls, checking any VPNs, opening in Safe Mode, deleting the host files.
When opening another account on this computer, the left side bar works, and when searching for my original profile, it shows up on the search, but when clicking on it to try and view it, it displays the same "Couldn't find that page".
My account still 'works', my premium works, my songs work, my playlists are all still there but only accessible through Your Library, and I can even download my playlists.

Hey there @j4k3_,
Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one? Make sure to download the app again from the Microsoft Store.
If this doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you try with a different internet connection.
Lastly, just to confirm, if you ask a friend or a relative to log in to their account in your devices it works fine?
Keep us posted 🙂
Hi @j4k3_,
Thanks for getting back in touch.
Based on what you mentioned it seems that the issue is isolated to your account. In this case, we'd recommend creating a new account to check if this behavior persists.
If it doesn't, we suggest to keep the new account. You can follow the steps in this guide to transfer your music collection over to the new account so you don't miss anything.
Also, if you need further help with your subscription, we recommend reaching out to our Support team here, so they can take a closer look at your account.
Let us know how it goes 🙂
