My Question or Issue

I'm currently having an issue with my desktop Spotify app where after about 15-20 seconds of opening and playing music the app closes on its own like it crashed. This has been an ongoing issue despite me completely uninstalling the app 3 times now. I've seen people with similar issues and no previous solutions have worked. The app is up to date and works fine on my android but I don't get why my desktop won't.

If you're experiencing random crashes with the desktop app preventing you from using it at all it's possible you're experiencing an issue similar to one that we're currently investigating. We suggest you check out this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well.
