Spotify crashes | Windows 10

Hey guys,

I just have reinstalled windows, upgraded my Ram ddr4 and installed spotify. When I open spotify and start playing a song, after about 10 seconds spotify is closed/crashes...and i treid to reinstall spotify, shut down my pc- none of this has worked.

I have a premium account on Windows 10.

Please help me & thank you in advance.

Edit: It crashes even without playing any song, just if i open spotify, after 10 seconds it crashes.

I had this issue too, i downloaded spotify again, this time from the microsoft store. the first time i downloaded it from the web.

i dont know if this helps, but for me it worked 🙂
