Spotify creates similar playlist that is empty.

My Question or Issue

 so spotify creates empty playlists for my longer playlist that has about 4000 songs in it. Used to work, but now it doesn't. Any ideas? The only way to create similar playlists is on desktop, and both osx and windows result in an empty playlist.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I should also mention that I'm also having this problem on the web client.
I restarted my computer and tried a clean install but that hasn't fixed the
issue.

Could you try it from another user account in your PC?

You can install Spotify there and try it from there.

If possible could you try it with a new Spotify account or in another device with similar specs?
