My Question or Issue

Hi.

The spotify website shows the podcasts that I have scheduled but the desktop application does not do so having them scheduled from the application. Spotify desktop is terrible because it does not work as it should, and if that were not enough, the spotify of the web is horrible aesthetically and uncomfortable. In general, spotify is aesthetically ugly, except for the green one in the icon. Do they pretend to lose customers? Do you think there are no alternatives to spotify? Do you think they are good program designers? Slow, old, little functional and customizable. Not only disappointing but frustrating. A company that does not invest to care for its customers. I leave this message as a catharsis since I do not expect something better from spotify. Progress goes through other companies.
