My Question or Issue

Since a few days, every single song in every public or private playlist is greyed out, as if it was removed. Doubleclicking on a greyed out song yields the familiar "This content is not available".

 

In the web player, everything works fine. Interestingly the desktop client will sync playlist data and show me what others are listening to, and even show what *I* am listening to, so it is connected, I just can't play anything.

 

I did a clean install of the app, but that did nothing, so I'm not sure what else to do. Maybe the "clean" install isn't that clean and spotify stores temp data somewhere else?

PS: Probably not a coincidence: This first occured during an internet outage a few days ago. I went back online an hour later but the spotify client never made it ;c

I scrubbed the registry as best I could and then did another reinstall, that seems to have done it.
