My Question or Issue

My spotify doesnt load any music or playlist, when i find a music to play, click on it and nothing happens. On my phone spotify is working.

That sounds odd. I'd recommend you a Clean Reinstall since this fixes many common issues. All infos on how to reinstall your Spotify App can be found here.

Hmm, maybe it's due to a low internet connection? Are you able to use Spotify normally via the Webplayer?

I don't know, my internet isn't slow and the connection is okey, but when i'm trying to open the webplayer, the page says, the IP address can't be found.

I've had a couple of issues with the Webplayer yesterday too. Maybe the issue was on Spotify's end.

If your Desktop Application is still having issues, I'd recommend you reaching out to @SpotifyCares on Twitter. They might be able to help you with that.
