Spotify for windows desktop is randomly flickering/flashing

My Question or Issue

I have the desktop app open on my second monitor, And as of the last couple days I notice it randomly flickering. Sometimes its only a small flicker in the top left corner. Sometimes the whole app flickers and I can see my background through it for a split second.

I have tried hardware acceleration on/off, Doesnt matter. I dont have g-sync on.

Similar situation here. As soon as I login to Spotify for the Web Player experience using Google Chrome, then both of my monitors attached to my docking station start to flicker. Even turning off the monitors and trying to run the Web Play solely on my laptop results in the monitor flickering. 

Same experience with Microsoft Edge (running on the Chromium Engine).
