Spotify installation works, but app won't launch

So, here's what's happening:

I had an issue a few days ago with my PC that I had to factory reset it and wipe clean all of my software.

When I tried to reinstall Spotify's desktop app, it simply didn't work.

I tried everything I searched here in the forum and nothing happens, every time!

I try to launch the app, the cursor changes from normal to loading, then... nothing!

It appears briefly as a background process in the task manager, but it just disappears shortly after!

Someone, please give me some guidance, please 😕

Also, forgot to mention that I'm using a Windows 10, with a Premium account.
