Spotify isnt finding Songs

My Question or Issue

 Good afternoon,

I got a very unusual problem with my Spotify and I could use some help.

The problem is that all Songs arent found by Spotify. Here is a little example:

If I go to Playlists that where officially made by Spotify, like my own musicmix or I go to my personally safed Songs, these Playlists are completely empty. If I try to play a song , that I somehow found, it wont play. The Songthumbnail is just a black CD. Its almost like I got no Internetconnection. If I try to start a song on my mobile phone it will, but if I try to play it through my PC it will also get the black CD. Same goes with the webplayer. I thought I made a mistake at configurating the App, but the webplayer isnt working either. I can see all songs, but if I try to play them, they wont. I will attach some screenshots and I hope you guys can help me.
