Spotify just do not start (even after new installation)

Hi everybody,

when i lunch Spotify i see the icon in the task bar but Spotify just do not start and evrything start to run slow. (See pics)

I installed it new, check all updates (Spotify and Windows), clear the cach etc.

Nothing worked. I would be very greatfull for any help.

Hi,

I found this article for your issue.

If it doesn't work try Spotify in a new Windows account. Instead of the Windows Store version maybe try to use the exe version of it. You can download it here.

It was the Hardware Accelaration.

So it seems it was a problam with the graphik driver.
