Spotify keeps pausing randomly every couple of minutes

My Question or Issue

So this afternoon, Spotify started randomly pausing on its own after a couple of minutes.  Never been an issue before and now can't even get through a whole song with out it pausing by itself.  I've tried restarting, reinstalling, clearing cache, etc...even disabled Discord because I heard that can be a problem, but it still keeps on pausing.  What gives?

We understand that you already tried reinstalling the app, but could you make sure to follow the specific steps in this guide? This is for a clean reinstall, which is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. We also suggest downloading the app again from the Microsoft Store.

If that doesn't do the trick, it's worth restarting your router in case there's any connectivity issue.

If the issue persists, could you let us know if it happens in any other devices where you use the app?
