Spotify keeps showing error4

when i open spotify, it shows offline mode and error 4 ,but my internet is full connected.I tried a lot of methods-clean the cache and change 'Auto Detect' to 'no Proxy' then change back. reinstalled a lot of times. it doesn't work at all. Can somedody help me? My Android Phone works well. the windows pc has the problem.

Also, is this a recent issue?

You can try out the following:

1. Make sure antivirus or firewall is not blocking Spotify.

2. Restart the router.
