Spotify mutes its self but keeps playing

My Question or Issue

This happened to me yesterday but I didn't pay any mind to it since it was late at night. But it's now the morning and I'm having trouble with it. So, I'm playing spotify music then I join a ROBLOX game (I haven't tried any other games yet) spotify mutes but it keeps playing. The ROBLOX game is also muted. I made sure all of my volumes were up & they were. I used a method that is annoying and mostly works for a couple minutes only. My headphones are bluetooth so I remove them from my devices list then re connect them. Any help would be great! If any additional information is needed, let me know!
