Spotify playing song over and over. Can't pause/skip/stop.

My Question or Issue

Spotify has been playing a song (which I have never heard of, nor looked up in my entire life - not even in my own language) over and over again. If I try to pause the song, it will continue playing automatically. If I switch to another song, this song will reset and play over it. 

It happened a few days back, and I signed out of all devices and it seemed to resolve for a day or two. New song is added to queue and keeps looping. 

What can I do to remove it/stop it?
