Spotify plays music on its own. Cant skip

My Question or Issue

When I listen to a song from my playlist it stops by itself and another song not from my playlist starts playing ,usually its some arabian or indian song, last time it was Jokali Zare - Between Moods after that another song by him. I can't skip it immediately or even pause it. It happened to me few times now. Sometimes when log in to Spotify it immediately starts playing songs not from any of my playlists. What gives is it a PC virus or is it because I dont have premium ? Edit: Iam using spotify on Google Chrome browser not an app
