Spotify says im offline when online

What should I do? I've already tried logging out but nothing changes!

How long has this been going on for? What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you using? 

Is this happening on WiFi or mobile data?

We'll see what we can suggest once we have this info.

This issue has been going for about a month, the most strange thing about
it is that it worked perfectly and suddenly it stopped working ok. The
device is a laptop with windows 10 operative system and I believe it is the
last version of spotify since I downloaded it one or two months ago.
I'm conected to a wifi source.
I'm really disappointed since I love listening to music and I have a Prime
membership but I can't even search for new songs or new artists

I'm really looking forward to the problem being solved!

Thanks for getting back to us. 

We know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you turning your computer off and on? If that doesn't help, could you try a quick reinstall? Just follow the steps here. 

If you're still having trouble, we'd recommend trying to log in to the web player at open.spotify.com. Are you able to search for songs online here?
