Spotify won't play

EDIT: Spotify is working now, so this issue is closed.

I have a premium plan and I get this problem on the Desktop application (Windows 10) and on the Android application.

I open the Spotify app. I go to any "made for you daily mix" playlist and I click on "Play".  The button goes from "Play" to "Pause" and nothing happens. The songs on the playlist don't appear on the play queue and no music plays.

This is happening with both the desktop app and the android app. On the Web player, I go to a playlist and click play and I get a spinning circle around the play button on the bottom of the screen that never stops.

I have rebooted and this doesn't fix the problem. I am also seeing the same problem on multiple devices.

An internet speed test says I'm getting 820 MPBs down and 55 MBPs up, so I have a solid connection from the computer I'm using.
