Streaming to Echo Stereo Pair

My Question or Issue

So I have 3 amazon echo devices and one iLive Concierge which is like a cheap echo. I also have a tv and AV receiver that can be streamed to and 2 of my echos are 'paired' for stereo playback. 

When I play music from my phone or my computer (HP envy x360 windows 10 app) it will show me the '3rd' echo device (the one that is not paired to another device), my Denon receiver and the iLive device, not the 1st or 2nd echo nor the stereo pair. Why is this? All of these devices work just fine within amazon Alexa/amazon music perfectly so why can I not use them here?

I saw that this question has been asked several times but none of the threads were ever answered, I hope that maybe this one will be answered.
