Syncing between Mobile and Desktop doesnt work

My Question or Issue

Whenever i save songs to my library on my mobile it won't sync the songs to my pc's library. So if i want a song saved on both librarys i got to save them on both devices each. Is it possible to switch it to automatic sync?

I have a similar issue.  It used to sync perfectly across devices but the sybchronisation has suddenly diappeared.  The desktop is about 3 weeks out of date.  Ive just updated to Windows 1903, maybe that is related?
