Terrible shuffle

My Question or Issue

 I have a list of more than thousand songs and still I always get the same songs from the same artists. There are a lot of songs I never heard from the list, so this is a terrible shuffle function.

Is there a setting i'm missing? Because if it stays like this i'll stop my subscription.

I agree it's hopeless, like yourself I have long playlists, some songs you'll NEVER hear! When a song is played it should be greyed out as played unless you specify it to be excluded or you reshuffle your list?
