The same song is always "up next" on launch and I don't want it to happen

Hello,

One day I decided on a whim to listen to an album that was listed as new release.   In this case, it was a certan Bene Rexha.  Not that it really matters, but I did not listen to this for more than a few minutes before skipping through and returnting to my normal browsing.  Now, whenever I launch Spotify Windows 10 app on my premium account, This album is "next up" and I can't even remove it until I add something to the queue.

What is going on, how do I stop this?

Seriously hoping to find a resolution to this; I can't even restart the app without my entire queue disappearing.  I can't help but feel like this is some sort of promotional garbage and it makes me consider changing streaming provider.
