The 'view full album' problem

When i browse through my saved albums often the message 'view full album' will appear. I click on it and it dissappears, yet when i re-enter the album its back, this is on windows 10. Its also a problem on Android, in addition there are often incomplete albums on andriod in my collection.

Its like my collection is fragmented over my devices and its annoying. 

What causes this? The limited on saved songs?
