Track is skipping, (poor playback) rather than skipping to next.

When I listen to Nuvole Bianche on my phone on the app it plays just fine, when I try the same track on my pc it plays poorly (skips parts) this the only track that I have found that has this problem, any ideas why that may be??? Kind Regards

Hey @seamus89

Since it works fine on your mobile, the most likely cause is possibly the desktop Spotify itself, which needs a little refresh. 🙂

Try this:

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.

2. Go to %AppData% in the file explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming.

3. Restart your computer.

4. Reinstall Spotify.
