Tracks skipping after a few seconds

Sometimes i press play, then after a few seconds it skips to the next song, playing a few seconds and skip and so on... very annoying

My Question or Issue

Same problem.  I can't play any songs.

Do you know if there is something like a support hotline we can talk to?

Unfortunately, I haven’t had any luck finding a number.  This board is the closest I have come to finding any kind of help.   

It looks like quite a few other people are having similar problems.   But the solutions they post haven’t helped me.

Where can i find this "solution"? Do you have the problem always or only sometime? I got it onliy sometimes but this doesn`t make it less annoying

I just read through some of the replies (like this) to the other threads on here that are saying users are having trouble playing the songs

This is happening to me currently as well. Also, when I pause the song, it's starts again automatically after... Very annoying.
