Trouble syncing local files .

Okay. So I have a desktop computer (Windows) which I have audiobooks on. I put them on a playlist and I can play them on my desktop computer from Spotify. I can play them on my cell phone (Iphone 6) and I just recently got a MacbookPro. For whatever reason the playlist seems to have un-synced? I can't get it to play on my macbook. Why can I listen to them on my iPhone and not the Macbook?

It's possible to sync between a PC/mac and mobile devices only.

To listen to local files on another desktop or laptop, you'll need to transfer a copy of your local library over to the other machine (your Macbook in this case), so you can re-add them to Spotify.

Then why can I share between a PC and my mobile phone, but not PC and
Macbook? That makes no sense.
