Turning into public network speaker

My Question or Issue

So I have this old laptop, which I now use to operate my speakers (only aux input) near my bed to have some music while I go to sleep. But the problem is that I can't figure out a way to make this a public speaker. What I mean by this is that I want anyone to connect to this speaker, without having to be logged in to the same account as me. 

Is there a way to create this?

Have you heard of a Group Session? Here you can read more about it. But also keep in mind, that this feature is currently still in the test phase and the described functionalities may greatly vary.
