More drop-outs

Hello, I use Spotify via Sonos and lately have experienced more drop-outs when playing differnt albums. Nothing is changed and most of my Sonos units are wired.

Have there been an issue with the servers at Spotify?

Thanks for posting in the Community. Sorry for the late reply, we've just come across this post.

 

There was a minor API outage last week (not on our end though), but it was resolved quickly. Could you confirm, that the external speakers are working now?

 

If the issue still persists, it won't be related to the outage and we'd need some more information on your specific experience. Is the issue occurring with all albums or only certain ones?

 

Are you able to connect to the external speaker using a different network, device and Spotify account?
