Unable to Remove PlayList

I have a playlist that I cannot seem to remove. I've tried several computers (windows, mac and linux), web browser, and mobile device. Has anyone experienced this issue? If so how did you get rid of it?

Hi Palblinker, 

Are you able to show how you are trying to remove it? You should be able to click the edit button and remove playlist. 

If that doesn't work, please provide screenshot if you are receiving an error message.
