Unable to connect to Spotify

Unable to connect to Spotify

Hi! I'm currently a Premium user on Spotify and for the past month or longer, I've been experiencing very bad connections with Spotify. I checked my International download speed and it was going at a steady 80+Mbps, I also tried reinstalling and changing values in my router but my buffering speed would not go pass 4sec of a song without HQ. Can anyone help me out? The mobile app and all works fine for me but just not the PC

Whats a Spotify Rock Star?

I don't understand what do you mean by check the firewall settings. My firewall is on and nothing seems wrong with my firewall. Any other tips?
