Volume keeps increasing by itself

Hi. I'm playing Spotify web player at work and the volume keeps turning up every minute or so.  

Any advice?

Just to confirm, what audio output are you using when this happens? Also, do you have a keyboard with media keys? Let's check if they could be interfering with Spotify.

You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to see if it behaves the same.
