WAITING FOR CONNECTION...

I installed Spotify on my laptop about half a year ago. 

At the time I already had an account and several playlists on my phone.

Everything was working nicely and I was listening to some songs when I decided I wanted to be able to listen to them offline.

I selected the download button for the playlist and left it.

I have now been waiting for months for these 2 playlists to download, but all it ever does is tell me it is waiting for a connection.

I have both factory reset the laptop, and uninstalled then reinstalled Spotify.

I still have the "WAITING FOR A CONNECTION...," status and would like to have these songs available.
