My Question or Issue

 

Using two different browsers, the Web Player is not allowing me to play tracks. I have logged in and logged out and restarted browser. 

 

Desktop and mobile apps work fine for me.

Are you unable to play specific tracks on the Web Player or all tracks in general? Could you confirm that you've tried all the steps from this article?

 

It's worth checking if there are any entries with Spotify in your hosts file and deleting them to see if that does the trick. You can find the steps here. In case you use a VPN, try disabling it temporarily.
