Web Spotify on Firefox doesn't work

My Question or Issue

When I try to use Spotify on Firefox I get this message: "Spotify no longer supports this version of Firefox. Please update your browser for uninterrupted listening."

I updated the browser, restarted it and Spotify still doesn't work

Hey @Miruna1

I recommend cleaning up your cookies and cache.
Try disabling addons - Help -> Restart with Add-Ons Disabled.

If that doesn't work, may I ask what version of Firefox are you running? 🙂
If you're using ESR version of Firefox, that's generally based on older version of stable Firefox. Spotify web player as well as other sites like Office 365 use modules or third party systems that require newer browser versions for security reasons.

Let me know how you get on!

Thank you for the prompt reply! I cleared up everything and disabled the addons and it works now! 🙂

I saw this and another thread similar with that one, but i couldn't find any files like that, that's why I made a new topic. Thanks anyway
