Web player stalled on an audio ad

My Question or Issue

 The web player is stalled on an audio (Walmart) ad and has been for days.  I've logged out of and back into the player, I've cleared the cookies/cache, I've clicked on the ad to follow the links, and I've logged into/out of my phone app as well but nothing has fixed this stall.

I can navigate through playlists and the "play" button is active but nothing happens when it's clicked.  I can get the music on my phone app but not on my desktop/web player. 

Any advice for how to get past this stalled ad so I can listen via the web player?
