Webplayer Issues Again

Webplayer Issues Again

Seems as though the webplayer is having issues again like it did the end of last year. It says it can't play certain tracks, then skips many tracks, then plays a song for 8 secs and then stops but the progress bar keeps going. I've tried all the things like last time (Deleting cookies, sign out/sign back in, etc) but it's still not working.

Hey @The_Metal_Mom!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.

Keep me posted and have a nice day!

This is happening to me too, and while it worked in another browser it still doesn't in my normal browser. Do you know of other solutions to fix it without changing browsers?

Hello @Masked_Marauder!

Thanks for your reply. Sure, I'll try to help you use the Web Player in your regular browser.

I'd recommend you try clearing your browser's cookies and cached data. Also make sure it's updated and you're using the latest version. You can also check out this Support article for the next steps to take.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes!

I have limited options at work, I use Edge and I do not have any other web browsers. I also cannot do Incognito Mode here.

Hi folks,

The issue you're describing sounds similar to the one reported in this thread - feel free to check it out and try the troubleshooting steps from there.

@The_Metal_Mom, since you mentioned that this occurs on your work computer, you might need to get in touch with your administrator first for some of the steps.

Cheers 🤘
