My Question or Issue

Podcast episodes frequently stop early and the next episode in My Episodes will start playing. It usually happens within a minute before the concluding ads start playing. When I try to play the episode I started with, it will start over at the beginning but I'm able to listen to the end if I skip ahead using the slider/progress bar.

Hi there @Ahf23,

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you get your podcasts working as expected again.

You mentioned this is happening on the web player, so it's possible some kind of adblocker or similar extension is trying to skip the ending ads or something similar. Please double check such settings across both browsers and also check if this happens in an incognito window. Also let us know if this happens on other devices too or only on Windows.

Let us know how it goes.

I don't have an ad blocker and it's on my work laptop so I can't change the security settings. It also doesn't happen to every podcast and some ads do play before it cuts off. It only happens on my work computer though, so maybe it does have to do with the security system.

Hey @Ahf23,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, we often see issue on work computers due to the limitations set by the system admin. To troubleshoot this further, it's best to check with them on what to try next.

Keep us in the loop!
