Whole song is not loaded to Spotify

Hello,

I have run into this problem quite a number of times over the last months:  Only part of a composition or song is loaded to spotify (say 48 seconds of a 4.5min song).  For example, https://open.spotify.com/track/5P8BsKkfaWf8IA4KmtFU0c - only 55 seconds is showing on Spotify, but it is actually a minute and a half or so long.

Does anyone know why this might be?

Have you try to uninstall and re-install Spotify? usually it helps, or just log out then log in.

That did not solve it, but some months later it is now playing all the way through.
