Windows 10 1809 - Files on Demand

I just got a new PC and installed Spotify. I use the files on demand on this machine due to a small disk drive. My music library is on OneDrive.

When I launched the Spotify app it saw the files in OneDrive and went to index them. This caused them to start downloading to the PC. This is even though I do not have the music folder on OneDrive marked as part of my music library.

How do I stop this from happening?

That's strange!

I'd suggest turning off Local Files in Spotify preferences so it won't search for anything, or is this still happening even when all sources are turned off?
