Windows 10 desktop crashing immediately upon opening.

My Question or Issue

When i uninstall and reinstall spotify, when i log in, no matter if its the windows version or the app version, it crashes immediately. the web version and phone work just fine, however.

To start with, can you let us know if you performed a clean reinstall that’s provided in this article?  This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If you did and the issue persists, can you try with a different internet connection?

After doing a clean uninstall, it still persists. i can't try a different connection since i have a desktop computer with an ethernet cable connection only.
