[Windows] Open Spotify automatically after you log into windows (set to Minimised) does not work

My Question or Issue

If I open the Desktop Spotify App, and go to my Settings. Then scroll to the botom and choose Advanced Settings, there is an Option under the Startup and Windows Behaviour section which says.

"Open Spotify automatically after you log into the computer". I have this set to Minimized but it bothers me that this does not work.

Every time I turn my laptop on, and log in, Spotify always loads in the foreground fully maximised instead of in the Tray.

My Profession is Software Tester, and I can assure you have tried various methods of getting this to work but failed everytime.

Therefore I know for a fact that this is a bug. Can you please let the Developers know this so this can fix this ASAP as it is really annoying! Thank you
