Hi there @savastrestefano,
thanks for reaching out !
I would like you to try another go on reinstalling your app.
This time, make sure to follow the instructions given on this Spotify Answer to perform a clean reinstall which is a bit different than the usual one.
This should solve any previous installation files left there.
Just make sure you're having a solid internet connection in use - VPN isn't recommended any may cause this type of issues.
Let me know how it goes 🙂
Nope still not playing and i deleted every file of spotify in my entire pc... followed all the steps but nothing...
Hi again @savastrestefano,
Thanks for keeping us in the loop.
In this case, we suggest you to check your host files by following the steps from this article. You can also disable hardware acceleration by clicking the three-dot menu on the top left of the app > select View > uncheck Hardware Acceleration > Restart Spotify.
We'd also recommend logging into Spotify over a different connection to see if the issue persists. If you're using an antivirus program, make sure that it isn't blocking Spotify.
We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 THE HOSTS FILES WERE THE SOLUTION!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
