Windows installer doesn't open

Windows 10 Pro.

I'm trying to install the Spotify app after I format my PC and the installer doesn't even open, I don't have any Spotify folder in the system.

I'd suggest trying the Windows Store Spotify client. Search for Spotify Music in the Store and you should find it.

But there is a problem with the installer? I really prefer install the app using it.
