Windows shows multiple audio output from Spotify

My Question or Issue

Windows shows multiple audio output from Spotify, usually 2 to 3, only one of them actually outputs audio. I find it annoying as I often use the sound mixer for all my applications.

26th August 2025 and I'm now experiencing this issue with a third party volume controller. It worked fine for like a week but at some point it's got this issue. Driving me insane cause I can't use my keyboard's dial properly anymore. What's going on guys?
